What does it cost for an organization?
Pricing for organizations is quoted rather than published, because it depends on how many people use it and how much you record. Talk to sales and you get a real figure in that conversation.
Who controls who can see what?
You invite colleagues and remove their access again in one action. Explore searches a person’s own recordings and what colleagues have shared with them, nothing else. A recording is private to the person who made it until they share it, not even a team owner can read it before then, and every share can be taken back.
Can our legal team review the paperwork first?
Yes. Every customer can get a signed Data Processing Agreement, and you can read the standard DPA before you talk to us. Our ISO 27001 certificate and the list of subprocessors are public too.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, through the Good Tape MCP. Each person can connect their own archive to Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral or any tool that supports MCP. It is read-only and off by default, and it only sees that person’s own transcripts, never a colleague’s. Once connected, transcripts pass through the AI provider you choose, so check that provider’s data terms.
What about the recordings we already have?
Switching Explore on indexes everything already in the account, so the archive is searchable on day one. There is nothing to upload again, and no extra usage is charged for the indexing.
Is our audio used to train AI models?
No. We never use your recordings, transcripts, or account content to train our AI models or anyone else’s. We use your data for one thing: delivering your own transcription and Explore results.
Where is the data stored, and can we delete it?
We process and store your data only on servers inside the EU. It never leaves. You keep files for as long as you choose, and when you delete one it is removed from all our systems, including backups, within 12 hours.
What happens when someone leaves?
A user can always delete their own files and projects. Beyond that, we work with each customer to put the right mechanisms in place for when someone leaves. Tell us how you need it handled and we set it up with you.
What happens if we stop paying?
You can export your transcripts before the account closes. There is no lock-in on the text you produced.
